63L AUXILIARY RANGE.
BUILT FOR REAL OFF-ROAD DISTANCE.
A chassis-mounted 63L auxiliary fuel tank developed specifically for Ford Bronco. Engineered to extend driving range using OEM-style siphon logic, without adding external pumps, manual switches, or electronic complexity.
OEM-STYLE SIPHON SYSTEM
Fuel transfer follows a mechanical siphon principle. No external pump, no control modules, and no driver input required. The system operates automatically once installed.
VEHICLE-INTEGRATED INSTALLATION
Designed to integrate with the factory fuel system architecture. No chassis cutting, no welding, and no electrical wiring modification required.
OFF-ROAD READY CONSTRUCTION
Built from aluminum-magnesium alloy for reduced weight and long-term durability. Designed for permanent installation under demanding off-road conditions.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Complete Auxiliary Fuel System. Designed for long-term installation, not temporary use.
- 63L Auxiliary Fuel Tank: Chassis-mounted, Bronco-specific.
- Dedicated Exhaust Section: Pre-engineered clearance and heat management.
- Heat Shielding Components: Protects fuel system from exhaust temperature.
- Mounting Hardware: Straps, brackets, and fasteners.
- OEM-Grade Fuel Lines & Fittings
Fuel Pump Integration (Installation Note)
To enable proper integration of the auxiliary fuel tank, a dedicated siphon valve is installed onto the factory fuel pump assembly.
This process involves a localized modification to the OEM fuel pump housing to accommodate the siphon interface, followed by installation of a precision-machined aluminum siphon valve.
The modification is limited to the fuel pump assembly only. No vehicle chassis, body structure, or electrical systems are altered. Once installed, the factory fuel pump retains its original sealing, operation, and reliability characteristics.
This integration is required for siphon-based fuel transfer and does not change the vehicle’s normal driving or refueling behavior.

FUEL SYSTEM & GAUGE BEHAVIOR
During normal driving, fuel consumption is displayed through the factory gauge as usual. With the auxiliary tank installed, the initial gauge segments represent fuel supplied from the auxiliary tank.
Once auxiliary fuel is consumed, the remaining gauge segments correspond to the factory main tank. This behavior is normal and indicates correct siphon operation. Displayed range may increase or stabilize during transfer.
