FK OFF-ROAD Warranty & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the terms for returns and warranty claims to ensure a clear and fair process for our customers.

1. Return Policy

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or special-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact us at fkindustries01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return address and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Fitment Guarantee

We are confident in our product data and are here to ensure a correct fit for your vehicle. Our fitment guarantee is designed to protect you in the rare case of a compatibility error on our part.

Guarantee Scope

If our support team has formally confirmed in writing that a product is compatible with your vehicle (based on VIN, vehicle model photos, chassis pictures, or other provided information), and it subsequently fails to install as a direct OEM replacement through no fault of installation, we will resolve the issue.

Our Commitment

For products confirmed to have a verified fitment issue under the above conditions, we will cover the cost of returning the product to us and process an appropriate resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, or product exchange, based on the specific circumstances and product type.

3. Warranty Coverage

At FK OFF-ROAD, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty terms:

Skid Plates

Lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects, provided there is no damage caused by external impact.

Fuel Tanks

3-year warranty on the tank body, under the condition of no damage caused by human impact.

Lifetime warranty on all fuel lines included with our tanks.

Ford Bronco Series Products

1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or external impacts.
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by extreme off-road conditions beyond normal usage.

4. Shipping Damage Inspection & Claims

To ensure any transit-related issues are resolved fairly and efficiently, documented proof is required.

Mandatory Video Evidence

We require that you record a clear, continuous video during the entire unboxing process. This is essential for filing any damage claims.

Inspection Process

  • Upon Delivery: Check the external crate. For severe damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment with the carrier and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Unboxing: Your video must clearly show:
    • The condition of the external crate.
    • The unbroken, continuous unboxing process.
    • A 360-degree view of the product as it is first uncovered.
  • If Damage is Found: Contact us immediately via email with your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photos. Claims cannot be processed without this evidence.

Claim Assessment

  • Superficial Damage: Minor scratches or abrasions that do not affect functionality are not eligible for compensation.
  • Functional Damage: For verifiable functional damage caused by transit (e.g., tank cracking, severe deformation preventing installation), we will support a return or exchange and cover all associated costs.

5. Warranty & Damage Claim Process

Provide Evidence

For warranty claims or shipping damage, provide photo and video evidence (as described above) for assessment.

Resolution

Once a manufacturing defect or qualifying shipping damage is confirmed, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs for the replacement and may compensate for reasonable installation labor costs.

Additional Notes

  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • Warranty services do not include labor costs for installation or removal.
