Premium mega-capacity auxiliary system engineered specifically for the 2025+ Nissan Y63 3.5TT. It seamlessly integrates mechanically with the 98L factory primary tank, expanding total onboard fuel capacity to a massive 238L. This ultra-reliable configuration requires no secondary mechanical pumps or manual electronic switches; fuel transfers automatically via the factory venturi system, preserving the structural integrity and mechanical stability of your original fuel delivery setup for long-distance touring.
Gauge Behavior: The factory fuel gauge will remain sustained at the "Full" position for an exceptionally extended period while fuel is being automatically transferred from the 140L mega auxiliary tank. Once the auxiliary fuel is completely depleted, the gauge will begin to decline naturally to reflect the 98L primary tank's real-time level. Due to this extreme dual-tank volume altering factory fuel storage characteristics, the vehicle’s computer cannot precisely calculate the Estimated Range (DTE), and a fuel-level related diagnostic code may occasionally trigger (please refer to the Factory Electronics Notice).

The Nissan Y63 utilizes a highly sensitive fuel level monitoring strategy within the factory ECU.
Because an auxiliary fuel tank alters the vehicle's original fuel storage characteristics, the factory monitoring system may occasionally register a fuel level-related diagnostic trouble code (such as P0460, P0461, or similar fuel level sensor performance codes).
This condition does not affect:
• Fuel system functionality
• Engine operation or performance
• Vehicle safety
• Auxiliary fuel tank operation or fuel transfer performance
If present, the code may be cleared using standard diagnostic equipment. Depending on vehicle operating conditions, the code may return periodically as part of the vehicle's fuel level monitoring strategy.
This behavior is a known characteristic of the Nissan Patrol Y63 fuel monitoring system when used with an auxiliary fuel tank and should not be considered a defect in the auxiliary fuel tank product.
