HYBRID-SAFE SYSTEM
No additional pumps, switches, or electronic modules. The passive siphon-based transfer avoids interference with the hybrid powertrain logic.
NON-INVASIVE INSTALL
Installs using factory mounting points with OEM-standard fittings. Preserves the vehicle's structural integrity and long-term chassis health.

Fuel Pump Modification (Installation Note)
To integrate the auxiliary fuel tank system, a siphon valve is installed onto the original fuel pump assembly. This requires slightly enlarging the existing access slot on the OEM fuel pump housing to approximately 5 cm, as shown below.
This modification does not affect the operation, sealing, or reliability of the factory fuel pump, and does not involve any cutting or welding of the vehicle chassis or body structure.

FUEL MONITORING & LOGIC
Two-Stage Process:
Stage 1: Fuel is drawn from the aux tank. Dashboard range will decrease while the main fuel needle stays stationary.
Stage 2: When the main needle begins to drop, the aux tank is empty and the vehicle is now on its main supply.
