60L AUXILIARY RANGE.
BUILT FOR RAPTOR-LEVEL OFF-ROAD USE.
A chassis-mounted 60L auxiliary fuel tank developed specifically for the Ford Bronco Raptor. Engineered to support high-consumption, aggressive off-road scenarios through OEM-style siphon logic—eliminating external pumps, manual switches, or electronic complexity.
OEM-STYLE SIPHON SYSTEM
Optimized for high-load, long-distance performance. Fuel transfer follows a mechanical siphon principle—no control modules or driver input required for a truly hands-off experience.
VEHICLE-INTEGRATED INSTALLATION
Integrated into the factory fuel system architecture. No chassis cutting, no welding, and no electrical system modifications are required to maintain vehicle integrity.
OFF-ROAD READY CONSTRUCTION
Engineered to maintain Raptor’s departure angles and withstand high-speed off-road use. Built from heavy-duty aluminum-magnesium alloy for permanent reliability.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Complete Auxiliary Fuel System. Engineered for permanent installation on the Bronco Raptor platform.
- 60L Auxiliary Fuel Tank: Bronco Raptor-specific chassis fitment.
- Heat Shielding Components: Professional-grade temperature management.
- Mounting Hardware: Raptor-specific brackets and fasteners.
- OEM-Grade Fuel Lines & Fittings
Fuel Pump Integration (Installation Note)
To enable proper integration of the auxiliary fuel tank, a dedicated siphon valve is installed onto the factory fuel pump assembly.
This process involves a localized modification to the OEM fuel pump housing to accommodate the siphon interface, followed by installation of a precision-machined aluminum siphon valve.
The modification is limited to the fuel pump assembly only. No vehicle chassis, body structure, or electrical systems are altered. Once installed, the factory fuel pump retains its original sealing, operation, and reliability characteristics.
This integration is required for siphon-based fuel transfer and does not change the vehicle’s normal driving or refueling behavior.

FUEL SYSTEM & GAUGE BEHAVIOR
During normal driving, fuel consumption is displayed through the factory gauge as usual. With the auxiliary tank installed, the initial gauge segments represent fuel supplied from the auxiliary tank.
Once auxiliary fuel is consumed, the remaining gauge segments correspond to the factory main tank. This behavior is normal and indicates correct siphon operation. Displayed range may increase or stabilize during transfer.
